I finally had the chance to sit down and listen to Sweet Serendipity by Lee DeWyze. As with most idol Lee DeWyze songs, this song is heavily auto tuned. That's not to say it's a BAD song, Lee still has his unique style he had from idol, it just so happens that his unique style always sounds the same. I could see this song being one of those fun summertime songs, except it's not summer so I don't know how well this will do. With all the post production done to this song, it still sounds in parts like Lee is running out of breath while singing the chorus. Only will time will tell if there was a better choice on his album for the first single.
